It was a long process that involved buying a lot of IRs and listening, measuring, and comparing to come up with a representation of a vintage and modern 8×10 sound. So, I think I’m finally finished with my 2 custom EQ blocks that “emulate” a vintage 8×10 and a modern 8×10.
